Dog Training - Train Obedience With Your Dog

How do you rejoice at your home? It's certainly your personal issue but there are many ways to do the same. Which way do you follow? Do you know that many rejoice by celebrating the dogs' arrival in their houses? You can do the same and the arrival of a little dog will certainly add colors to your family. But this is simply not enough. It is a new guest to your house and for that it must be nurtured properly. Hence try from the first week to impart the training of obedience to it.

Throughout the course never try to admonish or punish the dog severely. Though it may fail to act according to your command, never do this. If it gets hurt and scared of your acts, any prospect of a close coordination will suffer an untimely death. This, on the other hand, will make your dog bear a negative perception of you and may not obey any command in the future. Through the obedience training you shall have to show your compassion towards it. The best will be to praise it at every time, if you remain active and concentrated. You can simply pat it on its head and neck and also can give his favored foods.

These rewards will make it realize the significance of good performances and will act in the future in that way. Reward training is an essential part of the dog obedience training. In this context, apart from boosting its confidence and spirit, you are building the platform of a healthy relationship with your dog.

Always be aware to give commands or instructions in easy languages. The language should be such that can be followed by the dog within seconds. Never try to command in two different tones or in a harsh way. These will confuse it a lot and also worsen its spirit.

You are in an obedience training session and not in any commando training. Moreover you are dealing with an animal. For all these reasons your every act should be in accordance with its emotions.

You will excel in the obedience training if you become successful to know what motivates your dog. It's your duty to make it feel proud on its own success at each time. This is the essence of obedience training.
