Remember that this is a new environment for him and there is the little matter of the language barrier. They don't exactly understand the words you are speaking, so be careful about your tone, as shouting can scare a mew puppy and cause unneeded stress and anxiety. A puppy is learning about you as you are about them, so try to remember that they are unfamiliar with much of the events that you are trying to teach them. Offer them respect and understanding and you will find them quite accepting of your training.
