Dog obedience is very important to a dog and his owner,the very essence of dog obedience is to direct and control the behavior of your dog. It's not innate,you must put time and effort to train your dog to stop bad dog behavior.
Training your dog to be obedient is not something that you should expect to happen in days. This can take weeks and even months.Behavior problems develop when a dog becomes confused about his ranking position within the social group. Training classes teach the owner how to remain consistent in their actions, so the dog does not become confused,the first thing obedience training does is to create a common language for you and your dog.
Dogs are predators and curious by nature with bodies intended to chase,hunt and eat,need to chew toy,hunt down your cat and eat your furniture,etc.Dog training is essential to keep your dog safe,dog will learn to wait, sit, stay, lay down, come heel, leave it and drop it.Training your dog might not be a magic solution but it might be beneficial.
Training a dog to listen carefully will lead them to pay attention to whatever you, as trainer, are saying.Training doesn't mean classes or dog shows or tedious exercises. If people take 5 minutes to teach a puppy to sit, training happens and communication occurs between the dog and owner.
Start by teaching him how to sit and stay until he's released to say hello to another dog,use the object your dog loves the most when you start teaching your dog to fetch.Move around him, clap your hands, and provide other distractions to build his reliability as he learns to stay. Of course, don't ask too much of him too soon.
I have learned so much about dog behaviors and how to respond accordingly without yelling or intimidating at Sit-Stay-Fetch and i would recommend it to anyone who cares about their dogs.
